As this is not a high altitude training program, we don't need something that's super intense at a higher price point. This device seems to be helping my spouse's breathing. It's great to have it around. It's tough to deal with adult onset asthma, but medicine and training the body to work better have helped a lot. It would be a good one to buy.

It is not natural for us to breathe through our mouths. By breathing through the nose and out the mouth, I use it to breathe. For me, this is the best way to do it.

It really helps my lungs in a short period of time, and I am eager to continue using it for a few months to see how it affects my life. This is my second time I've quit smoking, this time it's foreal. I plan on using this to help me problem is that the mouthpiece is a little large so you get gag when you use it sometimes.

Although it works well for breathing exercises, it was not what I was hoping to get at first. While I wish I were able to clean it better, I use hot water in the washing machine. I found most of it to be easy to use.

There must be mold growing in places I cannot see, and I have no idea how to clean it. In addition, the markings to know how it's set are not labeled, so I have to count every.
