Ideal for use in any type of clinic

I practice as a family physician as well as an urgent care physician. I bought this product for our family medicine clinic to use on a daily basis. We use it to manually recheck any high blood pressure readings on our automated Welch Allyn nurse on a stick after the patient has rested for a few minutes. Excellent in terms of quality and accuracy. I'm an old school guy, so it took me a few tries to figure out how to use the toggle / trigger, but once you do, it's a breeze. I would buy this item again in a heartbeat. This is something I would strongly recommend for use in any clinical setting. This is NOT something I recommend patients use at home. If you're looking for an accurate, high-quality device to take your blood pressure at home, I recommend looking into the Omron blood pressure monitors. The quality, accuracy, and ease of use in the home will make you very happy. To check your blood pressure at home, you don't need this device.

I was initially dissatisfied with the delivery delay. Customer service, on the other hand, was excellent. The reason for this was because of the Covid 19 crisis. It's one of the most dependable gadgets I've ever owned. It is expensive, but it is well worth the money.

I'm awaiting the fulfillment of a promise

This is marked as delivered on my account, but it has not arrived. I received a small box with a note and coupon stating that they were on back order, which was fine, but having it marked as delivered on the Amazon site made me uneasy; why not just be honest and let the delivery read correctly? br>As for the product, I'm not sure if it'll be released again until after July 14, 2020. I'll let you know if the stress and wait were worthwhile.

The cuffs won't pump up because they were broken when they were delivered

I'm very disappointed in you. I expected this item to work well because it was so expensive. On the bottom of the hand pump, it appears that a screw is missing.
