It is a great machine in itself Using it is very easy and very accurate. We have a BIG problem with the blue valve that connects the B/P cuff to the machine. It breaks off too easily because it is too thin. In fact, I have owned the same brand and model machine three times with the exact same problem. Omron has been contacted at least twice about this issue, but I do not believe that they have taken it It is clear that this particular part was designed wrongly.
