I just wanted to make that clear. My job is cardiac anesthesia, so I don't usually give 5-star reviews on medical devices that you can buy from Amazon, but I bought this for my wife as a peace of mind so she could keep track of her blood pressure without having to ask me to do so. As I've only had it a week, I can't attest to how durable it will be, but it has the advantage of being very accurate and, best of all, I find it very easy to operate I think it's a great deal for the price.
It's no secret that "OMRON" is the number one brand at Doctor's offices. I measured my blood pressure every day for three weeks and compared the results with that of my Omron monitor. It was almost the same. You can buy a unit that is every bit as good for a lot less money!.
