I forgot about it. Something must have gone wrong with the sending of the letter. There needs to be "FALL", not "FALLS", but they get the message, I believe hospitals keep an eye out for the color codes.

I had to send back the original one, but the seller sent out a replacement, which worked perfectly. They are the only seller I've found that makes good silicone bracelets, which are fall risk. The wait was well worth it!.
