Questions & Answers
The book teaches uncontracted Braille with the examples of punctuation. It will be very useful for other Braille readers or UEB users. Several of our products are available for internal use A deeper knowledge of UEB may require books in depth, but this is a good place to start.
Selected User Reviews For Braille for the Sighted
The teaching book does not have any braille on it to actually learn from, so it's not very helpful for people who are blind and want to use braille to learn.
The braille I need when I need it is not the font. Thanks to my loss of sight, I wanted to learn it so I would be able to recognize My experience with this program has been extremely beneficial for learning braille in grade 1. After I have mastered the basic letters and punctuation, I will be able to move on to grade 2 (contracted.
It is great to have the print book and the Braille version together! So I could make my own flash cards, I bought this along with an index card Braille slate.
I found it very helpful.
It was a good purchase for me. Your help is greatly appreciated.
The most basic of all. A child can benefit from this, but a learner as an adult would find online resources more useful.
The product matches the description and fulfills my expectations.
This is a good book, but it seems more like something for kids. As a result, the Braille workbook is difficult to navigate as it isn't laid out the same as it should.
