I am 85 years old and for the past six months I have used my cool Innuovo Wheelchair about 95% of the time for mobility. It easily navigates and steers through my apartment. In the elevator, it rotates in a small circle. It folds up small enough to fit in the trunk of my family's car. Because I can no longer walk, I use it to get to all of my doctor's appointments, stores, and so on. Hint: I get out of the side of the chair and lift one chair arm to stand up. My legs are weak, and the footrest keeps me from exiting from the front. My Innuovo chair's innovative features are noticed and appreciated by the residents at my Retirement Home. I bought this chair two weeks before my trip to see my son in California. I was concerned that it would not arrive on time, so I contacted the seller, who responded quickly and assured me that the chair would arrive on time. They delivered exactly when they said they would, and it was a breeze to set up. During my travels, this chair provided me with a great deal of flexibility. I was able to drive the chair right up to the plane and remove the lithium ion batteries, as mentioned in another review, and place them in a zip lock bag. I didn't have to worry about the batteries because the flight attendant kept them in a closet in the front of the plane. When we arrived at our destination, the chair had been placed underneath it and was waiting for me at the door. At DFW, I needed to change planes, and this chair made it possible for me to do so. With plenty of time to spare, I flew through the airport and onto the tram to the next terminal and gate. Now, one thing I'd like to mention, and I'm not sure why, but when I arrived in Dallas, the battery power on my phone seemed to drop dramatically. I had placed the batteries in the same large zip lock bag, so I'm not sure if touching them or putting one of the batteries in incorrectly played a role. I arrived at my gate nervously, but the flight attendant let me plug in while I waited. I decided to put the batteries in two separate bags on the second leg of my trip, and when I arrived at LAX, I appeared to have plenty of battery power left. Something to consider when storing the batteries during the flight: bring two separate zip lock bags for storage, and by the way, the large ones are required. On my trip, this was the only problem I encountered. The chair is very stylish, and I've gotten a lot of compliments on how nice it looks, how light it is, and how much freedom it gives me. It's a little slower than my scooter, but I wasn't in any hurry because I was on vacation. I was able to ride my Innuovo down the Santa Monica Pier and along a couple of miles of the Santa Monica-Venice Beach bike/walking path. It felt great not to be pushed around by my son and to be able to simply roll alongside him as we strolled the beach together. My son found the chair to be very simple to assemble and lift into and out of his vehicle. I was also surprised at how well it fit inside his apartment and even passed through his bathroom door, making life much easier for this one-legged mama. Overall, this is a chair that I would buy again and again. If they ever upgrade it to make it a little faster, I would take advantage of it. If you're looking for the ideal chair for traveling, you've come to the right place!.

My wife has been using the 2018 wheelchair for approximately 5 months and is very pleased with it. I had hoped she'd be able to lift it into and out of our SUV on her own, but it's far too heavy and large for her. However, I've had no problems lifting it in and out. Especially after I created a device that attaches to the back of the SUV to make getting in and out easier. (See illustration)br>Pros: Portable wheelchair that is one of the lightest on the market. It's simple to fold. It's simple and convenient to keep riding while the other charges thanks to two separate batteries. I always park the chair in the back of the SUV and remove only the battery that needs to be charged, which I then charge at home.
Cons: It would be better if 25% it could go faster. 5 MPH. It's possible that you won't be able to complete the crossing before the crosswalk light turns red when crossing four-lane streets. The drive wheels will lose traction (spin-out) if there is too much forward resistance. out). This can happen when walking up slight inclines or over small bumps on wet surfaces. Taking the joystick off and on each time the unit is folded or unfolded is inconvenient. Instead of having to remove the joystick every time, it would be preferable if there was a way to pivot it out of the way and into a safe position, or even if there was a faster way to remove and store the joystick. Make a suggestion: Make a "quick electrical connection" from the joystick to a permanently mounted cable connector, and make the joystick snap into place. Alternatively, a snap-in remote control joystick.

It's not like Amazon when it comes to 295lb. If I had the option, I would give 0 stars. br>br>The chair was pulling to the right and every time I needed to correct direction, it almost came to a halt, making it difficult to keep up with a walking personbr>br>Got stock in grass and had to push it out to a sidewalkbr>br>After that, when crossing a street and coming up on the sidewalk, the linking pin broke, the chair folded, and I flipped backwards, injuring my elbow (see photos)br 220 lb (100kg) owner's manual (badly written).

This was purchased for my 89-year-old mother to use in order to get to her assisted living facility's meals. She quickly picked it up and was able to put it to use. We even took it with us to the doctor's office. It folds up small, making it easier to load into my SUV than a manual wheelchair. I could simply hold the doors open for her because she was able to propel herself. At the dinner table, it takes up less space than her manual wheelchair. Bulkier motorized carts and chairs must be left in the hall at the facility where she lives. She does not need to transfer to another chair because her chair is so compact. She's in charge of her movements now - There will be no more waiting for staff to become available. When the weather gets warmer, I'm hoping she'll take advantage of it and enjoy their outdoor spaces. She's the center of attention at her workplace - Nobody else has a chair like this one! Others, however, I expect to place orders soon. This chair pays for itself in a few months by reducing the amount of money spent on eating out.
