Compact Mid-Wheel Drive Power Chair, Burgundy

I looked for similar chairs with similar ratings and specifications at local medical supply stores. for my 82 year old mother and even ordered one that I thought might be the best buy at about 27% more cost. Shortly after ordering, the local med supply store called me and said I suppose I should've done it the first time around. br>After placing my order, I received a call from their shipping department informing me that I would be receiving the most recent model, which was an upgrade from the one I had ordered. br>The power chair was immediately dispatched and delivered on time. In less than a week, we were able to set up an appointment. br>I was also pleasantly surprised by how little assembly and setup there was, even for a mechanically un-friendly product. as a creatively inclined individual. br>When I handed it over to my mother at the nursing home, she looked as if she'd just won a brand new car. br>She found it simple to use, control, and plug in to recharge. She appreciates the additional features and adjustments that allow her to personalize her comfort and ease of use. br>I would recommend CTM Mobility and this particular power chair to anyone, and I would purchase it again if the need arose.

I ordered this for my mother, who lives in an assisted living facility and has been unable to walk for three months due to surgery. She used to have to call a nurse's aide (and pay per call) whenever she needed to go to the bathroom, eat, etc. , because she is unable to operate a standard wheelchair on her own due to severe arthritis. br>I scoured local medical supply shops and the internet for ideas. line, and this chair was considerably less expensive than similar alternatives. The delivery time was also faster than if you ordered in a store. br>The chair was simple to put together, and she learned how to operate it in less than 30 minutes. The seat is comfortable enough for her to sit in for long periods of time (which is important because she has arthritis and other back issues). It would be ideal if the seat and foot support could be adjusted more, but it is still a good product.

This isn't the chair I asked for. The supplier called and informed me that the chair I had ordered would take a long time to arrive and offered me a replacement. The one that was provided is a "Compass Sport," and it is excellent. It is comfortable and adaptable to the needs of the user. The controller is easy to use and includes a speed control. This chair has captured my heart!.

It's a hit with my female friend. The only issue we've had is that she occasionally knocks the plastic left hand arm rest off, which I believe is designed to come off when she hangs it on something to protect the rest of the chair from damage. A small piece of gorilla tape slipped beneath the surface and helped. Overall, I believe we purchased the most excellent chair available. Our over-furnished small house can also be used thanks to the short turning radius.

This power chair is great for getting around the house, but it's a beast to move around in. Approximately 300 pounds So, at least for me, packing it up and throwing it in the car isn't an option. I'd consider getting a different one that folds up and is lighter in weight if I hadn't already spent so much money on it. I still adore this power chair; I couldn't get around without it; it makes tight turns, so getting around obstacles is a breeze; however, I can't take it outside.
