Hubby uses this product indoors, but in the courtyard and garage, he uses a standard electric wheelchair. This chair isn't quite as maneuverable as his other one, but it's close. It's also a lot of fun to look at. pleasing.

To transport in a vehicle, it must be light! My mother broke her hip a few months ago, and while she can walk with the aid of a walker, she has limited mobility. Her mobility and quality of life have both improved as a result of this chair.

For example, the left hand armrest does not secure well and was designed to do so to allow access in and out of the wheelchair without obstruction; however, when the wheelchair accidentally bumps into something, the armrest pops out of its support, and the footrest pops up, causing the wheelchair to fold up with you crunched up inside. By pressing hard on the back of the unit, you can easily get out of this awkward position. Furthermore, some of the plastic around the footrest has come loose and broken into small pieces, which are stuck to the linoleum on the floor. Also, the unit could have had more storage space built in, and the cup holder should have been included in the price rather than an add-on. The battery is excellent and extremely powerful, and it appears to be holding up well after six months of use. The customer service department does not appear to be very responsive. I misplaced the user's manual shortly after receiving the unit, and I asked them three times to send me another copy; each time, they promised to do so, but I have yet to receive it. Granted, my address changed during this time, but they still didn't send me a new copy of the manual despite the fact that they had my new address on the previous request. It would have been nice if the seat was a little more substantial. Nonetheless, I'm happy with my purchase in general.

The frame and mechanics are in good condition. It does exactly what it says on the tin. I'm 243 pounds and don't have any issues with the performance limits or inclines. Grass and gravel don't cause any issues. Even with a 4x4ATV, sand and mud can be difficult to navigate, so don't ask. The battery is long-lasting and durable (3 years). 25x 6. 5 inches), but I still keep a charger with me in case I need it. The battery is located beneath the chair, rather than in the frame, as I had anticipated. The highly advertised quilted leather seat cushion flattens and wrinkles. I needed to get a good memory foam to replace it. The most serious flaw I encountered was the foot rest, which was made of low-quality foam and disintegrated within two weeks. Aside from these minor issues, I am very pleased with my purchase.

The wheelchair's seat is extremely relaxing. The joystick control is extremely sensitive, but it didn't take me long to get used to it, and I really like how it folds up to fit in the car.

I've been able to do things that I wouldn't have been able to do without the chair. I visited an animal farm where the paths were occasionally not paved and occasionally uphill, and the chair did not disappoint. I was also able to attend the State Fair, and the chair is simple to operate; I did not "hit" anyone in the large crowd by accident because the chair responds quickly to my commands. I also went to an air show, and the chair allowed me to move around and take in all of the sights. I absolutely adore it!.
