A Drive Wheel Chair was mounted on the device. The manual does not give instructions on how to install. Nylon footplate has to have a 1/4 inch hole drilled in it. The other end of the strap must also be attached to the chair by removing the footplate from the chair. In that case, a drill motor, a 1/4 inch drill bit, a wrench to remove the footplate, and a Phillips screwdriver are necessary for installation. It may be inconvenient, but you can do this if you have the right.

This item looked like it would work perfectly for keeping my mom's feet on the wheelchair pads. However, there were no instructions on how to attach it when it arrived. Despite our best efforts, we couldn't get the other side to attach. We tried to contact the company but were unsuccessful. I would have returned it, but I threw away the receipt when it arrived.

I received no assistance with the wheelchair I purchased from Drive. We wish to have more foot/ankle support with the higher legs of The Drive. Installed them but they didn't work. I could not make it in time due to a surgical procedure.
