My apologies for the delay in responding to A representative from MFG Drive Medical has confirmed that the product will work with all of their products, including the Poly-Pure® range The bird flies. An excellent video showing the steps required to install this product to your chair was found online. Googled STDS850 how to use, and found a video to show us how to use it. It is possible to search on YouTube as well.
There is no limit on how long this belt can be, so you can make it both short and long as you like

The Drive wheelchairs come without a seatbelt, and this inexpensive and easy addition makes it easy to put the wheelchair in place. It fastens like a seatbelt and is easy to install. There is only one bolt to unscrew from each side of the back of the seat, then slide the seat belt between the frame and the seat We spent five minutes on it.
The belt can be fastened in the proper position and then tightened, but with any pressure, it will slide back to its original position. Nothing locks the belt into place. Returning this to you as soon as possible.
I wanted to replace a seatbelt on my daughter's wheelchair with this. It allowed my daughter to fall out of her wheelchair instead of keeping her safe. This belt does not stay tight at all, and it can easily be loosened without lifting it up.
It is important to take negative reviews into account. As the belt on one side is extremely short, the belt will not center on the person, and the grommets are too small to allow the standard power wheelchair belt anchor bolts to pass through. It would have been helpful if the plastic clasp belt had been replaced at the time of purchase. It's hard to beat a good metal buckle in a replacement belt, such as the one that came with this one. The belt attached smoothly to the wheelchair.
It adds a little security when you're down the elevator and boarding the airport jetway. A great price for a quick-and-easy installation with a screwdriver.
