It probably wouldn't have been a bad idea to call them before posting. When I looked at the return label, the phone number was listed, In their response, they said that they stand by every product 100 percent and that they will pay for the return, or I can keep it and have it fixed, so that I can have a second one, and THEY WILL SEND ME A THIRD There was a problem with the zipper when I used it twice. It looked good and was well made, but it broke after two uses. I will need to pay shipping if I want to exchange.

In search of a poncho that was light enough that he did not sweat underneath, but heavy enough that it held it in place, we had some trouble.
