The walker bag is equipped with several Velcro flaps that can be attached to the walker in multiple places. However, I feel like the most important area for attaching is on the horizontal bar running across the top of the walker like in the video above. When the walker bag is attached to the top by this bar, it won't sag or slide down the legs as the items within it would lift the weight of the As far as I can tell from the photo I found of a stander walker, it lacks I do not believe this bag will fit your needs.
I think it should work fine if you are using a traditional walker that has a removable tray that fits over the handles of the walker. If your walker has a permanently attached flip down tray, I am not sure that the tray mechanism would let you attach the bag
