Design that is well thought out. I like how it turned out. Although the track provided is 15' long, the stairs on my typical one story home don't quite fit. Although I would have preferred another 6 inches, I was able to employ solid wooden blocks of varying thickness under half of the track support brackets to make this lift work. In this way, the lift track was elevated, allowing it to operate. The staff, the price, and the product all get 5 stars from me. First of all, we'll look at delivery and handling. My lucky stance was that, (with my mechanical abilities), was able to bang it around to a nearly flawless end product. The chair arm, assembly cradle, and so on were bent beyond repair due to shoddy handling, but what can I say. I contacted our seller and their staff was excellent to work with it was a relief to be able to speak with them. It is a lift/seller that you will be very pleased with.

There are several things that could be improved on the track, such as the chair switch and the swivel. Every time we adjust it, we have to do so again. It may not work every time. The unit doesn't keep a good connection. It needs better instructions on how to install it and an easier explanation as to what the lights are saying. Thankfully, the company was able to help us. It was really nice to work with them.

My parents bought one many years ago, but they have evolved a great deal since then. Besides being very comfortable, it looks good as well. Providing excellent customer service is important to us. The installation was carried out by my son and husband. Customers found the men working in customer service to be very helpful whenever they had a question. Carlos's vote is a plus.
