My mother in law received this as a gift. Now that she's in bed, it's so much easier for me to lift her up. I've been happy with every penny of it.
Although it was of good quality, the sling did not fit my lift. I was disappointed because it would have made a nice quality lift sling. As stated previously, I was pleased with the assistance provided by the company handling this issue and the first time I've heard from a company such as Patient Aid regarding an issue like this. This company is excellent and I would order from them again without hesitation.
It would be better if the legs were a little longer. The toilet needs to be accessible from more places. It seems to be working fine. The job is done well.
The product quality was terrible. Patient was in a lot of discomfort. I recommend spending a little extra money, at least a ten A product of greater quality will cost you 20 bucks.
