There will be no sling

In the Republic of Panama we use Holer products because they are top of the line. I ordered the wheelchair for my newly paralyzed elderly neighbor. His lift is being done by people other than medical personnel. A lot of people are at risk. There is no sling advertised, and I am disappointed. Could you please tell me where the lift is? This is excellent. I wasn't charged the same rate for the same item as what I was quoted (which was more). We did not receive a response from our vendor. The vendor finally reached out to me (not easy), but they provided me with a timely response. We should all be pleased to see this ad removed from the "free sling" portion. It was also most helpful to deal with Amazon.

Despite being promised a free sling, I didn't receive it. Apparently, the people who shipped the unit can't help? I called the company that shipped the unit.

The Sling service is not provided in the way it is Purchase one yourself if you don't have one. If they ship without it, you will not get your money back.
