Although the lift was nice, it wasn't the right kind for our needs. When I bought it, I thought it had 6 straps, but it actually Patient types who are unable to hold on or who do not have any control over their bodies should not attempt this. Buying from this seller was a terrible experience for me. We were not offered a refund. As a result of our refund request, Amazon refunded us.
