Pay a visit to a pharmacy. The rubber acts as a suction cup on the floor.
Not long. On July 18th, I purchased them, and by September 4th, they were completely worn out and destroyed.
They need to be returned.
I'm on 7/8 guardian forearm crutches. They are in excellent condition.

These were only available for a week. br>br>I use crutches a lot, I live alone, and I have a dog, so sitting on the couch isn't an option for me. The crutch pads that came with them lasted 7 weeks. These substitutes only lasted a week. Do yourself a favor and check out the other options I'll be looking into when I need to order new ones tonight.
br>br>Other reviews have mentioned the lack of durability. These 7/8" crutch tips were purchased in October 2020 and in just two months 1 of the tips has nearly disintegrated and the other is on the verge of breaking apart. br>br> I had assumed it was because of use on concrete, gravel, or other less-than-desirable flooring, but in this case, use was on wood floors, as evidenced by the photos I've included with this review. br>I can confidently state that these crutch tips are of low quality. The only advantage I can think of is that they fit crutches. But I would never buy this brand again, and I would advise anyone reading this review to do the same as I am doing right now.
These crutch suggestions have left me very disappointed! I've only had these tips for two months and have already had to purchase another pair. After a few weeks of using these tips on my crutches, large chunks of rubber began to tear away from the edges. They're almost down to the washers in the tips on both of them. I'm not sure what kind of rubber was used to make these tips, but they're far too soft to be used as crutch tips!.
They started out strong, and I liked them. On June 10, however, I noticed that a crutch metal disk had pushed its way out of one of the crutch tip's sides. I reinstalled the metal component and wrapped it in tape. Then, on June 14, I noticed that the rubber on the bottom of the same crutch tip had worn away, exposing the crutch's metal. I put them to use this morning. Because there is no more rubber on the bottom of the crutch, it slipped on the tile. The crutch tips should have lasted a month and a half at the very least.
Over that time, I've tried a variety of crutch tips, and the price on these tips was very reasonable, so I gave them a try. I've only had these tips for a couple of weeks and they're already worn out! br>br>Given that I had surgery eight weeks ago and have mostly been walking around my house, I was surprised to find that these tips had shredded, leaving small pieces all over the place! (Also, I'm only 112 pounds. ) They slide on wood floors because of the shredded edges (see photos attached). br>br>These suggestions are not something I would recommend.
These crutch tips were ordered to replace some very old crutch tips. I can tell they're not the same quality as the previous ones, which we bought from a pharmacy that sold home medical supplies. They've been in use by my daughter for about two months, and they're beginning to show signs of wear. Unlike some other reviews, they have not crumbled or disintegrated. Given the low price, I believe you get what you pay for.
I admit, I use the crutches for every single step I take, but two days is ridiculous, so buyer beware. These are not high-quality ends; I hope this helps someone; and I apologize for not having a more favorable opinion or review of them.
So far, they've held up well and lasted a long time. Most tips only last a few weeks for me, but these have been with me for over a month and seem to be holding up well. Additionally, unlike some other brands, they do not leave marks on my wood and tile floors. I'll update this review if anything changes, but so far everything has been fine. I'd purchase it again.
