Questions & Answers

Why is it that my cane keeps tripping me up?

Based on my own personal experience, Before you let go, make sure the surface is perfectly flat and steady. You should also double-check that all of the washers are present and that the screws are identical. Then tighten to the same depth as before. You should replace all three at the same time, as mine doesn't always stand on its own.

If I use the screws from the old feet, will these feet fit my original hurrycane?

New screws and new feet are included with the purchase of new screws.

I'm looking for replacement pads for my original hurrycane, but I'm not sure which ones are correct. ?

Unfortunately, we don't have any replacement pads for the original cane, Catherine. Please give us a call at 800-444-4444 so that we can help you personally. 933- 1136 Thanks!

What is the difference between the bottoms of the original and replacement feet? I'm curious as to what kind of traction they can offer. ?

They have the same look as the originals and provide the same traction. They are also very easy to put on.

It is abhorrent to tether the disabled to a necessary $10 set of rubber feet that wear out in less than two months and expect them to pay for your ridiculously thin strips or rubber feet over and over again. As a company, become more conscious, and sell your product with something substantial for those who are already behind. You should be ashamed of yourself. br>br>Hurrycane owners, do yourself a favor and pick up a set of four standard rubber cane tips for $6 on Amazon (along with a slightly thicker screw to install them with). You've got an extra one to mess up with as well. br>br>Hurrycane should be mocked for selling an unnecessarily inferior critical part to an absolutely critical lifeline for disabled people. Other than pure greed and the need to turn disabled citizens into monthly feet replacement subscribers, there is no reason (moral, design, material limitation, safety concern, etc) why they shouldn't be selling the cane with the absolute most robust and long lasting piece of rubber imaginable ON THE FEET OF A LIFE CHANGING DEVICE FOR THE DISABLED. Theirs is the most durable. What's the big deal? Mine was half the price at the store, but it took at least twice as long to make. You tell me how much sense it makes that theirs cost twice as much at retail for less than half the material cost. br>br>God, I hope this medium allows me to express my rage in a sufficient manner. br>br>Hurrycane, the replacement part for your product is TERRIBLE. And you should be in a lot of pain. You should also alter the way you treat, view, and sell your product to disabled people. We are not a revolving door of disposable minute income for a teeny-tiny piece of rubber that allows us to LIVE MORE NORMALLY. JFC, br>br>JFC, br>br>JFC, br>br>J.

I'm extremely disappointed! You'd think that purchasing Hurrycane feet to go with a Hurrycane cane would be simple
3/5

They don't have any! I kept trying to screw on the new feet, not realizing what was going to happen. The threads on the cane were messed up as a result of this. Now that I don't have a cane and have squandered my money on this product, I went back to the product page's question and answer section and found the answer. Not the Freedom Edition, but the original Hurrycane is required. Why isn't this stated in the description of the product? I had no idea there were two different models, one of which is no longer supported. I'm out of options now. Hurrycane, thank you for adding to my misery.

a potential danger to one's safety - Within a month, it was disintegrating - It is necessary to recall this product
3/5

RECALLS FOR THE PRODUCT ARE REQUIRED - Replaced my mother's hurrycane feet, which lasted about a year and a half, with these replacement feet, which literally fell apart within a month. These were supposed to be hurrycane, but they're clearly a knock-off. off (manufactured in China) It's unfortunate that they'd try to foist such a low-quality product on the handicapped (and those who paid $40 for a hurrycane plus $10 for these dreck). It's a safety issue, as well as an example of a business with no pride or scruples when it comes to making money.

1 day's worth of use
3/5

Useless. My mother uses a hurrycane, and we've had no problems ordering from this location in the past. As a result, we ordered ten sets, just as we did before. Every set or bag, on the other hand, was defective and only lasted a day. Because she only wears it outside, the feet were torn by the end of the day with minimal wear. I'm not sure what went wrong this time, and we can't exchange them because we ordered them earlier than needed for ER. We won't be ordering them any longer.

It's not going to last

Every few months, I have to replace these. I'm not sure what they're doing that makes them different. I believe I'll have to switch brands from HurryCane. They are no longer of the same high quality.

Wrong Feet, Wrong Screws, and a washer missing, this is not a good buy
3/5

We misplaced one of the small rubber feet, so I placed an order for a replacement set. br>What I got were feet that didn't quite fit, but could be worked around. br>Three screws were included in the package, but none of them fit the cane's 8/32 Fine thread. You should avoid using them because they will damage your threads. br>In addition, the package only included two washers, which were easy to replace but complicated things because there was no 8/32 Fin screw, so I found a crew and a washer and replaced only one. br>Do you believe the Huracan people should inform you that there are two models and how to distinguish between them? I'm still not sure which one we have, but I believe it's the older version.

These aren't going to work for me right now because I'm in a rush
3/5

They are not compatible with my Hurrycane. In fact, I'm furious with both the product's supplier and Hurry Cane. I bought two Hurry Canes at the same time for good reasons, so why don't they provide original parts at a reasonable price? One to keep at home and one to take with you in your car. You've got a plan B in case something goes wrong. The screws that hold the feet in place are far too easy to remove. Because I misplaced one, it's no longer valuable. The cost of replacing one is nearly $20, including shipping. (It would cost less than a buck to mail them first class. ) ) Why wouldn't a good company have replacements without putting us in a bad situation? Such a waste of money. br>I'm going to Ace Hardware to see if they can help me solve my problem and get the replacements to work.
