It hasn't bled on my clothes or hands yet. I haven't yet washed it, so I'm not sure if the color will come out.
This isn't a pair of canes. They are crutch pads that add comfort to the crutches.
No, I do not believe that is true.

I'm five days into a three-week non-communicable sentence. After a foot tendon repair, you may be able to walk with crutches. My hands are bruised, and I'm getting blisters under my arms from the crutches rubbing against my arms, and I haven't even left the house in that time. These arrived today, and they've already proven to be a huge help. They're thick enough to cushion the crutches' hands and underarms, and the underarm section has velcro straps to keep them from sliding off. I was able to lower my height by an inch because the crutch's height was raised by the cushion. The hand grip may make it difficult to hold the handle securely if you have extra small hands, but this has been the only solace in my post-op recovery so far. br>br>Creative+ paraphrase: Over the course of ten weeks, I used these pads with crutches until I was able to walk without them. I wouldn't have made it through the surgery if it hadn't been for them. Anyone who requires crutches should use them, in my opinion. They were still plump and comfortable, and they never flattened or wore out. 10/10.
My daughter hurt her foot and had to have surgery. I'd been around long enough to know that this would be the first item on our "To Buy List," so I placed an order for it as soon as we got home from the hospital. She had no idea it existed, much less that it was required. Mama is the expert, and she also knows that the darn things had to be PINK! PROS: br>br>
- Every single thing! These are absolutely necessary.
- It reduces the amount of wear and tear on the underarms. Your underarms will ache, but these will alleviate the pain.
- Hands that assist. CONS: br>br>
- Nothing ever appears to be as flawless as it appears in professional photographs.
- When someone says it'll be quick and easy, don't believe them! I struggled to align these, and they still don't appear to be perfectly aligned. HOT TIP: br>br>
- Crutches will almost certainly be required at some point, but a knee scooter should be seriously considered. br>br>THE END RESULTS: You will not be disappointed with this purchase. Although the quality isn't the best, these pads are still quite useful. For ankle surgery, I needed to use a ten-year-old pair of crutches. The original pads were cracked and falling apart, so I tried holding everything together with some sports tape before finally giving in and purchasing these. They are well worth the cost, which is less than $15. The palms of your hands and the pits of your stomach will thank you. The padding is similar to gel/memory foam and provides adequate protection for short periods of time. Photo 1 shows me squeezing the thickly padded pit pad. The hand pads are a simple wrap-around/Velcro design that doesn't offer much size flexibility. br>The item's quality is "okay. " " Right out of the box, one of the pit pads had already unraveled. (Photo 3)br>The only real disadvantage I can think of is for someone with smaller hands than mine - If you have small hands, short fingers, or are a child, it may be difficult to fully grasp the palm pad.
It was a cinch to put these on! Extremely simple to put on, simply slip them over the top part and velcro the handles on. br>However, because my hands are small, I end up putting my thumb near the edge of the pink part of the handle because it is bulky, but! That's also a huge plus for many people, so it's not at all a disadvantage. br>The top part is quite cushy, so I had to move my crutches from 5'4" to 5'2" but ahhh comfort!! SO COMFY! These are highly recommended. br>Plus, they're adorable! I've paired them with SureTip Purple Crutch Tips, as you can see in the photo. PURPLE PURPLE PURPLE PURPLE PURPLE PURPLE PURPLE PURPLE P Now, these claim to be suitable for 1" crutches, but mine are 1", so I'm not sure how well they'll hold up. They're not as long as the originals, and they don't appear to be as secure, but they're SO CUTE, and I couldn't find any other pretty ones on Amazon. I KNOW I KNOW! I KNOW it shouldn't be a top priority, but it is for me. I'm not particularly young, but I despise dull things.
until it's absolutely necessary to do so - This is not a good idea. br>br>My palms were aching and developing calluses, and my wrists hurt from overuse. use. I had a femorosteoplasty and have been unable to bear weight for the past six months. I've been off crutches for 8 weeks. reliant. The only complaint I have is that I wish I had gotten them sooner! br>br>It took me a few hours to get used to the extra bulk under my arms and hands on the first day I used them, but after two days, my hand pain was almost gone. My shoulders were no longer as aching, and my wrists were finally getting some rest. People have complimented the teal ones' color, and they add a splash of color to an otherwise drab and depressing bed-room. a recovery that has been plagued They're soft, long-lasting, and will certainly absorb the impact!.
These pads were purchased, and while they did not eliminate all of the discomfort, they did assist. I think they're worth the money, and the only reason I didn't give it five stars is that the armpit padding could be a little thicker (I'm a big guy).
Excellent craftsmanship. We haven't yet tried crutches with them. They were purchased for my wife's post-knee-surgery needs. She still walks with a walker and hasn't progressed to crutches. Her hands were hurting from the walker's hard plastic handles. So, for the time being, I've attached the handlepads to her walker. They're very comfortable to wear and make using the walker much easier for her.
