Questions & Answers

Are these hot when they are ?

It doesn't get hot inside of them. It has been noted that between June and August, the door grips tend to stretch and fall off when they are placed in a warm place. The doorknob on the barn was adorned with a barn star The shop is going to be opened in the near future. The area is not exposed to the elements, but it is exposed to a variety of temperatures. Whenever you turn the doorknob, the grip falls off on the floor and the wings fall out constantly. I am happy to report that we have finally purchased a handle style knob set.

How would this fit over the small brass knobs commonly found in older houses? The rubber covers the center of the knob, does it not? Are you looking to protect your stainless fridge from being scratched by the ?

If the brass knobs were small enough, the cover would fit over them. This knob does not have a rubber cover for the center. The center of it has an open circle. In my opinion, the knob would be still effective as a refrigerator door latch even if there is no protruding lock.

How do these work with oval ?

Thanks for visiting! If you have oval shaped doorknobs, we wouldn't recommend this product for use. Please feel free to call us at (800) 506-9954 if you have any other questions This is 9901.

The doorknobs on our house are not made for this
3/5

The thick, hard plastic took nearly half an hour to push In order to turn the lock switch, the cover had to be pushed back far enough to keep it in place. It was difficult for the door frame to reach through the thick protrusions. In the future, I will try to find a soft, thin material to wrap around the knob and grip it. Those in the old house were like those in ours.

I had some trouble getting them on my doors while I was having a flare up, but I am so glad I have them As a result of fibromyalgia, my hands, fingers, and wrists can be achy
5/5

The fact that I have them on the doors I use every day has helped me a lot. I had some trouble getting them on my doors while I was having a flare up, but I am so glad I have them My pain is a real problem, so anything that will reduce it is helpful. When these covers are on, it is nearly impossible to grasp the doorknobs. An easy way to prevent a bad day is to push down on one side of the knob rather than gripping it. This is a great product to try if you've been thinking of doing so.

This is a great gadget! These are great! I'm glad I found them
5/5

The doorknobs on my garage door are round, and I find it difficult to turn the knob with my arms A French-style lock would be installed in place of the old doorknobs I had originally planned on using style knobs, but I decided to give these a try first. It doesn't matter which finger I use to open the door since my elbow or one free hand will do. There's never been a need to take the knobs out and reinstall them thanks to these knob grips My seats are already occupied (they have been here I would say that they glow in the dark, but I wouldn't quite call them bright, nor would I say that the glow lasts for too To reflect light, they must be exposed to sunlight or a strong artificial light for a period of time. It's certainly not one of the most attractive fixes to one of life's little irritations, but it's the easiest to install, and the doorknob grips work very Because they are installed on my garage door, I am more concerned with how they perform than their There is only one negative I would note, and that is that the inserts inside the grips tend to wear out over time. The knobs need to be pushed back into the knob from time to time. But that's a small In general, these doorknobs work well, and they saved me the expense of replacing my old ones. These are the ones I recommend.

I did not think it would There are three styles to choose from brandywine, cove, and tylo
3/5

There was no fit for these grippers It does not matter what I do, no matter how much I stretch and pull, they still do The size of them is just too much! A pair of these items usually comes in a pack of 2 and are made of clear silicone, so they're easy to stretch and attach to In the end, I was still able to make them fit and still be useful after some "modification". Those hard plastic inserts sort of glow in the dark, so I think it makes finding the doors at night a lot simpler. Also, the "wings" are designed to help open doors with a single finger as shown in.

like the concept, but the door knob shape has a lot to do with the ability of this to work
3/5

There aren't a lot of other options, and I'm glad I found them. The two door knobs are located in the same opening, so I use them to prevent the two door knobs from damaging each other. It depends on how your door is shaped how they work. Initially, they did not fit as well as we anticipated (a bit awkward because of the shape of our knobs, but they stayed in place). We've been using them for several months, please see the pictures There is a small round/flattened knob on the door which closes toward the right. Close to the left of this one is a cone-shaped building. If you look at it from the side, you would see a fairly large knob which is curved from the front and is squished flat as you look at it from the side. It seems to protect the doors, and the design makes opening the door easier. It becomes hard to manipulate the lock, however, as it shifts. People with good hand strength would have to check on it every so often to adjust it, however, if you are using it for someone with lousy hand strength.

A lot of help is provided by them! Opening the door becomes much easier when these are used
5/5

When I use these on the door knob, I need significantly less grip effort, although I haven't found it so easy that I can just use one finger tip, yet. A glow in the dark plastic insert in the grip would have been better if it was sealed. The knobs come out, maybe in case they don't help or I need to replace them, but they slide in and out when cranking the knob and it bothers me to have to constantly push it will work with some gorilla glue? I am glad I bought this product, and I would buy it again for *By the way My opinion is that the plastic glow inserts are excellent at first, however, I do not believe they are enough to qualify as a true feature of the product.

Clumsy, a bit
4/5

Despite the fact that they work, they are difficult to keep in place and are cumbersome, particularly on the knob with the little twist lock in the middle. It's constantly necessary for us to readjust the covers to get them properly seated. It could be that the door knobs in our bathroom are smaller than normal?
But they DO make it easier to get out of the bathroom after doing your laundry! I love them because they glow in the dark, too We are offering a little reward to those who arrive I would like to visit at night.

I need help with my arthritic hands
5/5

Having trouble with just the doorknob going from the kitchen to the garbage (and back), I've been wrapping the rubber bands that come on broccoli and asparagus (and back again) around the doorknob, and I finally decided that there must be a product out there for this purpose. There are some good ones here, and I appreciate them! Then you won't have gripping issues in the future! The straps are easy to put on, are always in good working order, and they are extremely.
