It is impossible to predict when my hearing aid batteries will die, so I always carry one package of batteries in my purse. I leave my purse in the car when I go to the gym to workout. The batteries are taken out and placed in my backpack, to avoid a 2 day reduction in battery life caused by heat. An excellent product, I highly recommend it.
