No more than 15 minutes are spent with the light on. It probably takes about five minutes to complete a three hour cycle and maybe ten minutes for a six hour cycle. My hearing aide specialist and my ENT agree that this is all that is needed for the disinfectant to be used in the ear since it is the same individual who uses it. There is a sufficient space to fit one pair of ear molds in it. There is room in my ears for my ReSound BTE aids, which are larger in size than most.
The dryer has been in my possession for six I purchased my Phonak hearing aids five years ago and they still work, just like when I purchased them. My hearing aid's battery compartment is open so I leave my battery inside when I use the dryer for drying my hearing aid. The area that dries the hearing aids is a good size and should accommodate any hearing aid. Hearing aids get good reports every year and I've been very pleased with them.

It should be fixed by the end of the The problem with Phonak is that they do not have a 24/7 800 line for their high-tech hearing aids and assistive devices, nor do they write good instructions on how to use them. It has been two weeks since I used the dryer. I think I have wasted more than $80 on this.

Only about 6 weeks have passed since I started having this problem. Having used it 3 times to remove static that I suspected might be moisture, I wondered if it would help eliminate static. The static remained in my hearing aids because it didn't clear it. It was necessary for me to have them serviced at the factory.
