It is stated that paul's hot air is used in this unit. It appears that this unit is powered by the hot air from Paul. What does this mean? Does it also have a fan to circulate air?

As long as it's running, you will hear it.

In spite of being left on for an hour, the system still doesn't shut down automatically. The only way to turn it off is to unplug it. Would you please tell me how to resolve this issue?

A 30 minute timer should shut off the unit automatically. Mechanical/electrical problems are causing the issue. It has a warranty of three years and will be replaced by the manufacturer after that time.

The technology works, but sometimes it's necessary to blow out any further moisture trapped in the tubes of the hearing aids with an air bulb blower to get rid of it.

A great product for speed

This takes only 30 minutes compared to others that can take 3 hours to finish. While I do not have a way to determine how well it cleans/dries, I can tell my aids are doing well in my work - I am very happy with how the day turned out. Instructions are easy to follow and a light indicates when the process is complete. I would highly recommend this product!.
