Used to cover a foam neck brace to keep it clean and protect my neck from the brace's material. I was able to make several covers, all of which work well and have stood up to repeated washing and drying cycles.
I needed lining for a post-surgery arm splint but didn't want to spend $25 on 25 feet. This was the ideal height for me at 5 feet. It's a little pricey for the quantity, but not outrageously so, and the material is much softer than what I received from occupational therapy. I wish they had the 2 inch, which would be a better fit for an arm cast, but the 3 inch is fine, and I'm happy with my purchase overall.
I like to use these for my Lefse rolling pin because the standard ones are either too narrow or too short; the sleeve fits well and I can cut it to the length I want; perfect!.
This is fantastic! It was a perfect match. Because of my issues, I wear a collar, which fits perfectly, doesn't stretch out too much, and is soft and comfortable. I'm going to buy more.
This is a thin, stretchy fabric. After my mother's broken ankle, I needed it to use as a stocking protection under her boot. As the day goes on, it slides down the boot.
After reading the pediatrician's recommended size per age online, I purchased this for my infant son. It's far too big for a young child, but it might be appropriate for an older one. It also didn't have a lot of stretch, so it kept falling off.
This is garbage, at least as far as my intentions are concerned. Although it stretches, it has no elasticity. It stretches and holds the shape you gave it. This was not at all what I had anticipated. It was purchased for the purpose of holding gauze over a wound on my ankle. It simply stretches out with no capacity to hold anything. I'm not sure what this stuff is designed for, but it's useless for what I needed it to accomplish. It might suit your needs, but once stretched, it will not return to its original shape.
This was the best deal I could find, and I was able to cut it into a large number of pieces. The pieces were also machine washable and did not fall apart; however, it did become loose after a few uses, but this isn't intended to be used as a true sock, but rather as a barrier between surfaces. I'm glad it was available on Amazon for a reasonable price!.
