A pillow case went with the pillow and I wished I hadn't bought it separately. During the night, the ground is very slippery, so it can be uncomfortable It kept happening to me that I fell off my pillow or slipped away from it. Eventually, I cut some old PJs to pieces and placed them on my pillow case so that I wouldn't slip and slide. My knees would act as anchors if I placed a regular pillow under them. The pillow seems to work, but I didn't figure out how to use it right away.
