Augustine! I have noticed that it greatly helps with the mobilization of my hands and shoulders. There is a lot of grip and stability with it. This is something I am very happy to have invested in.
This assisted stretching for my back came highly recommended to me by a trusted friend, and has done wonders for my hips and shoulders as well. In the past, it has been a little large for my wife to comfortably use, so those of you who are short or petite should remember that.
As part of my rehabilitation after a knee replacement, I used this product with my physical therapist. Having recently undergone surgery, my calf muscles and hamstrings are super tight. With this machine, I stretch them. The treatment works very well and is also helpful for treating plantar fasciitis.
The following will serve as a door stop I guess it's basically just a hunk of rubber so it's durable. You need to be able to flex it comfortably so that you can sit on it comfortably. This is pretty much the same as what my Physical Therapist has, which is exactly what I wanted. In addition to serving multiple functions (and maybe even as a door stop), it can also serve as a rotisserie. There are two pounds in it, which makes it reasonably light to maneuver but it is not as light as, say, styrofoam. The package arrived promptly, and the order has been fine so far. As a result, we can now do at home some of the activities that the therapist performs during PT sessions. Additionally, it has also been helpful for me as a quick way to relieve a kink between adjustments. If you want to do that, I would recommend consulting a doctor first.
It is a very firm and a very useful As a relief for my upper back and neck, I use it every day. I first saw and used this product at my physical therapy office. The one I bought is for my they are used as door stoppers too, especially when we have a patio door.
It works great and all I do is lie on it five minutes a day.
It's a good system. There is one side that is firmly attached to the bed, so you must take extra care when assembling it. It would be nice if the wedge was a bit higher.
The physiotherapist used this with me while I recovered from tibia tendon surgery and I used it at least six times a day while I was stretching the achilles tendons and the one in my big toe as they became tight. place it on the floor and put your bad foot on it. When you bend forward, your good foot will follow. If your foot or leg has been operated on, these shoes can be a life saver.
