In each box, there are seven bags. I've discovered that one box lasts me a week unless I have a bout of diarrhea, and even then, it reduces my maintenance time in half. I've discovered that the bags leak a little now and then, so I keep a plastic bag on hand to put the tied-off bag into before throwing it away. Delores Scott is my mother, and I am her caregiver. I hope this has been of assistance.

I secured the bags with tape, double-bagged them in garbage bags, and tossed them in the trash.

Really, I'm surprised at how well the "less odor" claims work; it does. So far, no leaking has occurred, which is a good thing because I have a sensitivity to smell and find that touching (even with gloves) gives me the creeps. Although the handle is large, it is manageable. The cost is an issue, but it might be worth it if it keeps me from chuckling all night. Update from December 2015 - Still buying and using, still afraid of the powder that sticks to the bag and falls out in small bits, love the handles because they are easy to tie, price is high unless you buy in bulk (which I now do). I would strongly suggest it.
br>I'm giving this 5 stars because of its utility, but I wish it was less expensive; I can't afford to use these every day for the rest of my mother's life, but I wish I could. No one looks forward to this part of the day, but these commode liners make it quick and easy, and they keep the mess from becoming too unpleasant when you empty the pail. Everything is absorbed by it. There will be no dripping. There aren't any drips. There won't be any slosh. No odor. Simply tie the bag and throw it away. As I am new to caring for an elderly or disabled person, I have tried every product available. Some of the options were so basic that I couldn't believe it. Yuck. This is something I would recommend to anyone who has to do their own home health care.
I take these camping with me in a bucket. They don't leak and don't stink! Others I've tried haven't lived up to my expectations!.
This is a fantastic product because it works as advertised, forming a gel that makes cleanup a breeze. You can get them for a little less at Walmart, but they aren't always in stock. Because it comes in a box of seven, you should buy a lot of them because, like toilet paper, you don't want to run out. br>I would suggest it to anyone who uses a portable toilet. br>I've never had a leak problem.
The most monstrous creature ever created! The bags are thick and sturdy, and they do exactly what they're supposed to do!.
Unfortunately, none of my waste is absorbed by them. I tested them and discovered that they can absorb liquid, but my bladder is simply too much for them.
They're great; my 90-year-old mother came out to visit and needs a commode near her bed; they're simple to use and clean. Also, the large handles make it easy to carry to the trash can.
a good investment-- crystals that absorb moisture and heavy-duty plastic.
