BUYING THIS PRODUCT IS A MISTAKE! I WASHED IT OUT AND SHOOK THE WATER TO HELP CLEAN IT UP AFTER THE FIRST USE, AND THE WATER JUST CAME OUT PAST THE LID! THE TIGHTNESS OF THE LID IS IN EXCESS! br>br>It's also too unstable to keep for an extended period of time after use. You must place it on its side until it is completely empty. The design has a low fill spout, which makes it easy to use, but now that I know the lid isn't secure, I'm afraid to use it for fear of a spill from the leaky lid and laying it on the side. I'm 77 and bought it so I could use it several times a night without having to go to the bathroom several times. Get yourself a new urinal.
