I only have compression in the foot in my undersocks from Circaid, but I must say that I do not see any reason why these could not work, too.

An artificial knee was installed in my right knee. While I find these more comfortable than the ones I wore in the hospital about 24 hours a day, they are stronger/tighter than those I wore in the hospital. My personal method of washing shirts is to machine wash them on a warm, gentle setting and then roll them twice Wearing them when they are barely damp is my preferred method. There is no need to spend another $25 on something I'll use just a few weeks from now. It is 32 inches long from the top of my knee to the bottom of my ankle. Full stretch brings them up to the midthigh area. The toes on my feet are open, so I wear the "non-skid" socks the hospital gives me for warmth and for keeping the foot bottom clean for longer periods of time. Some minor snags occur after they have been worn for a while.
I have to wear these due to a problem with my main veins. However, I did have an issue with slipping top bands on the second and third day. I could always feel the elastic sliding down my leg, despite how tight it was. To make a long story short, finding alcohol to clean the band fixed it.
The heat causes a swelling on one leg of mine. My swelling was completely gone after I walked for more than three miles in these compression stockings. One more pair is on its way. The quality is excellent. My recommendation is to go for it.
I like it more than I expected. The quality is also very good. I'm much happier than I was when I came home.
I was having vein surgery and the price at the store was great. In addition to the perfect weight, it was the perfect length.
People with sensitive skin may experience blisters with the hose band holding up the hose. It is remarkable how much compression these hoses provide. They are tight and difficult to put on and take off like all compression hose. This hose is firmly held in place at the top by the non skid band. It's just a fact. If you have sensitive skin, like I do, those rubber-like dots which keep the hose from slipping will blister beneath. This is not an issue with the product. However, this is not for people who have.
The dimensions of my thigh, calves and ankle must be measured I should have been able to fit in an XL without any problems. That was not the case. I don't know what was going on in the thigh, but there is minimal support around the ankle and medium support in the calf. I thought the band was too loose but the hose was very tight. Though they should have been returned, I decided to wash and dry them to see if they would help. This was not the case. As well as being heavy, the material is also bulky. During the summer months, I live in a southern state, so these would be too hot to wear. Compression stockings are something that I ordered years ago and my husband has worn them for at least five years now. Sadly, I was snagged by one and a hole was formed. The shoes fit well and are of the right weight and size. To be clear, I mention this point so anyone reading this review understands that the stockings can be ordered by measurement and be of good fit. The product I received was not what I was expecting My recommendation is not to do this.
Throughout the month of March, I have bought 5 pairs of compression stockings Medium is the size for all. There was a medium size in this pair Since they were very small, it was very difficult for me to put them on. However, I wore them for the entire day anyway and when I took them off, my legs were ringed with red scars where the too-small shoes had cut into my legs. It was just too small. I bought replacement stockings from another manufacturer and they fit nicely.
