This OPK quantifies your LH Level from 0 to 65 mIU/ml and shows your exact LH results in a complete chart of your ovulation cycle, which is especially beneficial for women with PCOS, irregular cycles, multiple surges, or difficult to recognize surges, using the Smart Premom APP or Color chart.

10 free urine cups are included for hygiene and clear results. Recap the test to avoid any potential interferences and to ensure that you don't get urine all over the place. On a white background, a solid and clear test line is drawn. There is no need to compare the test and control lines, and the results are not ambiguous.

Easy to Use and Track: Dip the test into the urine sample until the dye rises to the surface, then read the result after 5 to 10 minutes. Using the Premom APP, take a picture of your test result. For tracking purposes, a smart algorithm will display the numerical LH level, LH Surge, and LH Peak, as well as digitize your entire ovulation cycle.

What's the difference between these and the strips?

It's great to be able to see your LH levels visually, but I prefer the cheaper ones that don't have the plastic holder

These premom quantitative opk strips are fantastic to use in conjunction with their regular easy@home opks. You can see your actual LH level (mIU/mL) with these strips. It'll be a positive on the regular opk's when it's above 25mIU/mL, I'm sure. br>I time my iuis using my opks, and I've found the premom/easy@home brands to be very consistent. Knowing that I can double-check that my levels are in range before ovulation gives me peace of mind. br>Because the app's default level estimation isn't always accurate, I prefer to compare it to the card that came with it and then update the app to the correct level. br>br>One thing to keep in mind: The top five opk's in the photo (with the plastic holders) are this item. I prefer the strips that don't come with the holder because they do the same job but are less expensive and come with a lot more. If you want to track your progress over time, 10 isn't a lot.

If you're going to use these strips, you should definitely get the Premom app. It's really cool to see how your personal cycle levels change over time on a neat little graph.

The lines on this test are much easier to read with a camera phone. These tests are a lot of fun for me to use. They are much more effective than standard ph strips at detecting surges.
