Not quite as precise as claimed

It was a simple task to complete the test. However, despite following the instructions to the letter, I was thrown into a panic for no apparent reason after receiving abnormal results from this test. I followed the instructions and went to see a doctor about the abnormal results; they then repeated the tests, and all of my results were normal. I can understand if it was off by a few, but this home test was completely inaccurate, indicating that I was producing little to no estrogen when my hormone levels were perfectly normal.

Simple to perform at home

I was very apprehensive about taking my own blood sample, but it turned out to be a lot easier than I had anticipated. I despise needles, but since you can't see the needle until after you've received the sample, perhaps that's why it was easier? Although I have not yet received my results, I believe the entire process to be simple and well-organized. I was worried for a while, thinking "what if they lose my sample" or "what if they don't realize it's mine," but then I got an email saying it had been received a few days later.

So, while the test itself was a little difficult because you had to fill six circles with blood, they thankfully provided enough finger sticks to get the job done. At two different times of the day, you must fill two cards. Overall, I think it was a good experience that was less expensive than paying $199 to go to the lab.

Make use of the customer service department! They respond quickly and thoroughly to all of your questions, even if you think you're being "overbearing" lol. They take the time to explain each response in detail and in their own words. The results of the tests are currently being awaited.

It takes an excessive amount of time

The time it takes to receive the results is far too long. It's been more than a day since they were supposed to arrive at my location. I haven't gotten my results yet, and it's already 6/1.

I bought the test, followed the instructions, emailed them to make sure the samples would work, and when I sent them back, they said they were invalid

Because this test takes a month to complete, I believe it is impolite to simply dismiss it as invalid; they didn't even explain why. I attempted to contact customer service, but they only respond to emails and do not pick up the phone. Is there a problem with the service?.
