Questions & Answers
I'm guessing you're referring to a potential father and a potential adult daughter? Yes, you can do that with this kit. Whoever receives the kit shipment will simply need to place the other participant's testing materials and barcoded sample envelope in the mail and send it to them. Each party collects their own DNA samples and sends them to a lab, where they are reassembled for testing. You can contact the customer service number on the kit box if you have any questions during the process. I hope this information is useful.
My kit arrived at the facility in three days, but it took two weeks to reach a technician. I'd contact the facility to see if it had gone missing.
Yes. Although the mother's DNA can help strengthen results in some cases, it isn't always necessary. If it is determined that it is necessary, the lab will halt testing and request the mother's samples. She will then be included in the test at no additional cost.
This isn't a pregnancy-related condition; instead, it's a postpartum condition. Please contact DNA Diagnostics Center directly if you need prenatal testing.

After paying $79 for a $99 DNA test and sending it in, I was told the test would now cost $300 to receive results. The results were extremely beneficial, and we were very pleased with how quickly the testing was completed. However, I was dissatisfied with the lack of information and the higher cost of $200, which should have been specified somewhere so that we could have made a more informed decision.
This test performed as expected. It was incredibly easy to use. The results arrived exactly one week after they were sent out, and two days after they arrived at the lab. I was skeptical because some reviews claimed that you had to pay extra money to get the results, but I didn't find that to be the case. It's very simple.
2- It's exactly what it says on the tin. The results will be available in three business days. Ours arrived three days later! It's incredibly simple to use, and the instructions are straightforward. There were no additional fees to pay. It was convenient to be able to sign up for text alerts. I received a text when my kit arrived, a text when the results were expected to arrive, and a text when the results were actually available. I would strongly suggest it. br>The only flaw is that the names of the people being tested are not mentioned in the report. The report has a number on it that matches the number on the barcode on your kit, but that's it.
This did, I suppose, what it claimed to do, which was process a DNA swab kit, but it didn't have a name anywhere in the results. We even paid extra to have the results mailed to us so we could frame and hang them on the wall because we have a miracle baby, but the results are so generic that they look like they were printed by a third-rate company and could be anyone's DNA results. I'll look for a better company to do a DNA test for me, one that will at least have a name on the paper.
I'll keep you updated as things develop. Currently, after registering, it states that I owe an additional $99. "Lab fees included" is stated on the product listing. I did not ask for or agree to any additional fees. br>Recent changes: br>All fees are included because the lab credited them to the purchase price. The initial purchase is the only thing you must pay for. In total, it took about a week. It consisted of ordering the product, receiving it the next day, collecting samples, mailing the samples in the provided envelope, and receiving the results online; it was very informative and, yes, discrete. It was extremely simple to do and I would highly recommend it.
It was inexpensive, and I received my results in less than two days. I didn't give it five stars because the website for registering this product online was broken (I had to add another child), and it kept telling me that the credit card field was blank even though I had entered a card number. It wouldn't register the product the second time I tried it, so I had to call, which took a long time due to their lengthy voice menus. The first time I tried calling, no one answered, but the second time I tried, I was successful. Because they don't seem to have a record of it, I had to email them proof that I paid for the item on Amazon. It may be difficult to get this thing registered with them, but once you do, everything will be fine.
I examined a variety of tests. I believe I chose this one because the reviews stated that the instructions were very straightforward. The test was simple enough to carry out; we tested mom, child, and father. I like that I didn't have to include postage when sending the test to the lab. It was a weekend trip that I was on. As a result, I was only able to drop it off at the post office on my way out of town. Instead of "mother," "child," and "suspected father," I wish the results page listed the names of the people on the report. I'm curious if they don't name people because the lab doesn't have proof of identity. They're just copying and pasting what we wrote on the envelopes.
We received our results in a timely manner, but the email notifications and logging in process to view them were both confusing and ineffective. When you register, you will receive one set of log in credentials; however, these are NOT the credentials for viewing results. To obtain my results, I had to make a phone call. The costs of the laboratory are covered. The staff is extremely pleasant.
