My mother was in hospice care at the time we ordered the casket, and it would be delivered in ten days. She died just two days after placing the order. I contacted the freight company, who connected me with the driver. He went above and beyond by having the casket delivered 5 days ahead of schedule. This left a lasting impression on me.
