There was a broken snap in the first one

One of these mask holders had a broken snap in it when I first received it. Plastic is the material of the snaps. a very easy process to get a new one shipped, and the replacement had all working There is concern that the snap on the new one could break due to its plastic nature. Instead of the plastic snap, I wish they had selected a metal one. It was probably done in order to save money. These look cute, like lace shoelaces. They are colorful and are like a cute My mask strap of choice for a few months now has been another style, so I was excited to try this one. The colors of the starry night are nice to look at, although the pattern is too large for the size of the lanyard, so you cannot see the full effect. There are pleasant purples and blues in this one. The length is acceptable. My guess is that the snaps were placed so close together to allow the strap to be adjusted. It does not seem to have a significant effect on the length. In light of the snap break, I am looking at the extra snaps more as a back-up There is no need to worry about it getting damaged. While I think the price is decent, I'd like to see a lower price or a multi-product sale We are offering a reduced price per lanyard for those taking their mask off and on throughout the day. I frequently move my mask from my solitary office to the common areas so we appreciate the convenience of a lanyard.

A severe damage was caused to the first one

My first lanyard was damaged when I received it. A clear return was made with an open package being sent back to the sender. There was a burn mark on it and it looked like it was Naturally, I returned it as soon as I received it. Amazon was quick to send me a replacement, and the product is perfect. Kudos to them for their speedy service!.
