Within the layers of fabric of the mask, the filter slips inside of the mask and is secure. In addition to gripping the fabric well, the filter has a unique texture. The following tip may be helpful to you To slip in the filter, fold it in half or thirds, then flatten it
N95 is not the case here
It is very thin too, so I guess they are making it look like the real one and not the one they sent. Yet in this horrible Virus, I put on an extra letter of cotton material and a waterproof letter. I am making a new one now.
My understanding is that they are not meant to be waterproof, but they do not appear to be waterproof.

A pleasant surprise was the speed of delivery. I had to cut a filter open to see what layers were inside since I had read online reviews that there was a layer of plastic inside that you couldn't breathe through or that the 5 layer filter didn't really have five layers in it. There are indeed five layers to these filters, and the middle layer is a black material that I assume is carbon (but who can be sure). It is not necessary to apply a filter to my nose or mouth, because I am able to breathe through it, and putting five layers between me and the air has to be better than none at all. There is no reason to worry about this seller because you will receive exactly frantic times, it is hard to sort through reviews to determine who is sincere and who isn't, so I decided to leave my own, hopefully helping those trying to weigh their options.
A five-layer construction is exactly what was promised. A fibrous, activated charcoal filter is positioned in between the two outer layers. Two different thin filter layers are also present, the two outer layers of filter paper, and one of those has an inner coating of a membrane that looks like teflon. Despite their unevenness, these filters are exceptionally well made and of high quality. There is a certification from a Chinese lab proving their quality. These filters are superior to regular surgical masks, and just inferior to N 95 masks when you read about mask effectiveness. They are contained inside two tightly woven cotton layers. You are also protected from even small droplets in the air by them very well, as they significantly reduce the chance of them striking you.
I'd like to see the site a little To begin with, I was formerly a Paramedic and Firefighter, also worked for 6 years in a trauma hospital and am well accustomed to wearing a mask. The last time I worked in this line of work was ten years ago, I recognize that some technologies have changed, but I still hold the same opinions. The 95 has been around for several decades, and it is still constructed using the same specifications and Right now, I have several cloth masks with pockets where I can add a filter between My primary means of using them is without any filter at all, but I thought it would be worthwhile to purchase some filters and see how they work in light of the recent exponential increase in COVID cases all over the world. I'd like to start by saying these are nice and feel pretty much the same as the KN-F! This mask is made of 95 percent polycarbonate. Although I have not deconstructed one to check if there are in fact five layers, the fact that it is notably hard to breathe through one when added to the mask leads me to believe they are functional and serve as a very The mask can still be breathed through without a lot of difficulty, but it's not as free-flowing as it is with a mask without a filter. I repeat myself. My KN consists of both The number 95 and the number N It is similar in resistance to the 95 masks as well as these filters. It would have been nice if they were wider at the center. That would be suitable for a kid size mask for now. At least 1/4" more would be helpful. Although I don't have a large face, I can position these to cover my nose and my lower lip extends to what the lips look like inside them. The best way to protect my chin is to extend them all the way to the floor. My nose is primarily how I breathe in the mask anyway, so I keep the filter as high in the pocket as I can. It's just important to know that if you wear a mask size L, XL, these will be too small. In terms of length, these are cheek to cheek on me, so I'm fine with that.
This is not a 5-layer structure. As you can see from the picture.
It would be nice if they were about an inch bigger in both directions (it doesn't seem that there is an option anywhere), but they work well if placed right in the middle of a mask, and they seem well-made. You won't have to worry about cheap seams falling apart -- A solid construction is evident from their appearance. Ultimately, we only use them when we feel like extra protection/filtration is necessary, and I accidentally washed one of our cloth masks with one in place, but it came through just fine (we do not dry our masks in the dryer so they do not The service was excellent - no complaints They could have been a little larger, and I would give them five stars.
There is still a little bit of a gap between the edge of these and the slot where the filter goes on I find that they are almost big enough but since they do not fill the entire mask they move about quite a bit and I find that they are squished down barely providing any protection, they are pretty much just moving around under my nose and around on my forehead. You'll have difficulty talking with the filter when you wear it. Check the measurements of the place where the filter will be seated in your mask to ensure it fits snugly. Despite wearing a number of different masks, this issue is always the same although if I wear a mask that is thinner and I can tighten it, the problem is less of an issue or I can at least notice when it moves so I can fix it.
Those are the filters I like the most. There are times when they clearly send different filters, however. In general, they're quite thick, breathable, and durable. In the past, they used to be almost paper-like, not made of soft fabrics like they are now.
I use these for all of my masks since they are the right thickness and size. While some masks do not have pockets for filters, it does not bother me too much since they are neither These are not too thick that they suffocate, but they are thick enough to do exactly what is necessary. I'll be buying these again when I replace them
Plus, what a great value!
I'll be buying these again when I replace them It is orderly.
