As long as the occasion allows, you can wear it anytime. Starting a few minutes at a time and building it up is all you need to do. One day you may be able to wear it all night while you sleep, but you have to work your way up to it.

It was my intention to prevent pain from continuing to worsen and disfigurement of my feet if I developed bunions. As long as it is used consistently, it seems to be helping. My current sleep pattern is to sleep with them a few nights a week following the recommended use.
