This posture corrector works well for me, I am small, but I chose the medium size. I am very pleased with how it fits, is comfortable, and does not chafe under any circumstances. The other three I purchased were from different manufacturers, which I have had to return. The one in question is not the one in question.

I have never had trouble with my side of the neck, shoulder, and upper arm, but suddenly I am in so much pain that I can't look down or turn my head. Consequently, I suspected that correcting my posture had something to do with reducing my neck pain, but I had difficulty doing it The pink color of this product was appealing to me, so I bought it to see if it could help. All you have to learn is how to put it on and how to adjust it, and after that, it becomes second nature. My morning routine involves putting this on for 45 minutes the first thing in the morning. My pain is pretty much gone for the day after that. I have pain if I forget to put it on. Only thing that bothered me at first was that the strap itself was pressing directly on a sore spot and I had to move it, but now it isn't an issue. The posture corrector does need to be worn more frequently off and on throughout the day to be truly effective, but it is an investment that is well worth the money.
