What I enjoy most is the pull strings that allow you to tighten it up more after you are satisfied with how much you can tighten it with the Velcro on the waist. I have a belly, and I am not thin. The back support has a cinching system I can use to place pressure on these muscles, so I can feel it holding them in place. Wearing this is not something I do every day, but usually when I start feeling any pain in my back or when I am feeling tired. In the case of muscle pain, I have either moved incorrectly or have misaligned my arms. This product really amazed me with the way that the pull strings are able to attach so firmly to it. This brand is highly recommended by a friend who bought the less expensive version from a healthcare provider. He got the more professional back brace from this brand, and it worked well for him. I bought the more consumer-friendly version from this brand, which was also quite effective. XL is the right size for me since I am a big guy. I did not have any issues with it. Among the best back braces on the market is the Aspen It changes everything. It wasn't possible to stand (or walk) for more than 20 minutes before I had to crawl back into the recliner. After the first time I put on the Aspen brace I found that additional 20 minutes was easily achievable. I'll admit that it was difficult to get it comfortable at first, but several days later, it's no problem. Euphoria and a sense of accomplishment- It's not painful at all! Walking twice a day is now part of my normal routine. I'm grateful to the people of Aspen!.

It is so much better, better, better just in general. A L should be the proper size based on their size chart. Nevertheless, my Medical Small fits better in the commercial L. Despite the fact that my Medical Grade belts have been washed year after year since 2012, this belt is too narrow and will not provide nearly the same support. Let's get started! I have been washing this for the past two years, and I have no hope of this lasting a whole summer of east coast heat. Since I was suffering from chronic pain, I did not use the 30 day return period. I bought it after my doctor told me to buy it. Within a few weeks it had stretched out and rolled up. Do not waste your time or money on this product. It has only been 3 months since I got it, It is not good enough for me. I will definitely not recommend this product to anyone. I will need another back brace and will hope for the best.

I bought it to replace a belt I seem to have lost, and it does help with the general back pain from lifting and standing. My belief is that a back brace is not going to help with that. Nevertheless, I would recommend this belt to anyone with lower back pain who is looking for pain relief. As a general rule, the tighter the better. *OH>*OH>And even if you're a little bit bigger in the tummy area as I am, this belt will The belt does fold over a little at the top occasionally when I bend over and get low, but I don't find it bothersome.
