My five-star rating is based on customer service. I bought this tape almost five months ago, but I never used it because I went to physical therapy for two knee replacements (one got infected), and they used KT tape. The Spartan Tape was my go-to after physical therapy ended. After cleaning my knees with soap, water, and alcohol, I placed them in the fridge to dry. When I was wearing pants, the Spartan Tape would not stay on for more than an hour. Despite having a better short but not lasting as long as the KT Tape, the tape was not great. I tried it before going to bed and it came off within half an hour. My tape does not adhere well to me, but I am not sure if I got a bad roll, whether it was unused for too long, or if I am just one of the people this tape does not adhere The manufacturer responded to my email letting them know of my predicament within one day and my credit card was refunded in full. If you are going to try Spartan Tape, you should start with a small roll to see how well it works for your situation. This software has received a great deal of positive feedback so it must work for some people. The manufacturer and Amazon deserve five stars for the customer service they offer.
