There is no sweating in my life. It may be due to the fact that I don't drink enough It's possible to see a few spots of sheen in the sauna, but it's not too exaggerated. If you're interested in a cardio interval app that tells you when to run or walk, then it's the one I've been using since last week and when I took these off, I was shocked! This was purchased just a few weeks after I bought the sweet sweat waist trimmer and saw In this case, I am giving it three stars because I have been using them for about a month and after about three weeks, the velcro has gotten pretty worn out and almost nothing sticks to it any more. In terms of slendering down your arms, it will work and it will get you a better result if you are also working hard at strengthening and building muscles for your arms to look more toned and defined. Getting rid of some of the flab on my arms has helped me to show a better definition there. There has just been one very disappointing thing about how short their lifespan has been. Although they are still useful to me, I need to secure them a bit tighter than usual to reach some of the velcro that is It's hard to tell if I'm still pleased with the sweet sweat brand and products, but this one We could use something better as a band with velcro that is more durable or an alternative material that wears more slowly.

Trim your arms like a pro with these amazing scissors! It would run down my arm or the velcro would be uncomfortable on some bali arm trimmers I once owned. The ones I have on right now are comfortable, stay in place, and help me a lot with my arm fat! I use this along with the sweet sweat gel and it works great! Recommended without a doubt.
