Two days ago, we received our dispensers. My keys are now attached to the first one with the chain that comes with it. An opening has occurred (somewhere) in the chain, and the dispenser is missing. This morning, I attached a second dispenser directly to the keyring. I never even took out a pick, though the case opened up. The top was still attached to my keys, but the bottom was gone. It's out there. There aren't many pieces left for me to return because most of them have gone.
