I did not get the same item as the picture

Despite the picture showing a hose that looked identical to what I received, it was not at all the same. The color on the mouthpiece is a different shade of blue, but the length appears to be correct. However, the mouthpiece is all plastic without the metal piece that was Neither are very flexible nor do they hit well, but they do hit fairly.

Though I have not used it yet, I would say that it looks nice and durable, and I will be trying it soon. One issue I have is that the color is NOT at all what it appears to be! It turned out that I ordered a lighter pink hookah hose as I have a This is not what I was expecting. I thought it would be pink cotton candy like in the picture. In my case, I received a dark pink/fuscia-looking hose, and that's the complete opposite of what I expected. They must display actual pictures of the hoses with the right color.
