This ice pack device comes with one mini chamber that can hold five ice packs. I recommend the silicone combo with the larger ice tip 2 if you wish to chill the most. Ten ice packs are in the box.

There is nothing holding it in place, so it just wobbles around. I returned it because I thought someone hadn't put it in the box. Consequently, I bought another one and it was exactly the same as the first, so returned them both.
It's great to have such a cool hose! These work great on my hookah, I bought two of them. It's definitely worth checking out. After ordering the second one, the one that came with no ice pack did not arrive. As soon as I contacted the seller, I got a reply My new one arrived shortly after I asked for it. In a nutshell, I like it.
I move slowly, so by the time I'm done with the hookah and other stuff, it's frozen and ready for use.
It doesn't stay cold for as long as I expected but I'd say it's a pretty good purchase for the price. It takes a Geezer longer to die.
Is extremely cold and loses it very fast.
The ice tip insert is also missing.
The hose is made from silicone and can be rung out and washed easily after use. Stays chilly for a number of sessions, has a great grip, and is easy to remove and clean.
