Packaging is inadequate

Today, I received my order. Because the packaging was ripped and damaged, I was unable to use it as a display. There were supposed to be a total of 12 pieces as well! Only 11 were received, resulting in a loss. Dissatisfied.

Going in a zigzag pattern is the way to go

Normally, I buy one at a time, but this supply should last a long time and eliminate the need for additional trips to the smoke shop. It's nice and sturdy, and it's a good brand, so it's highly recommended.
