For my cigars, I was in need of a nice portable humidor. During my long search for cedar wood lined humidors, I ended up finding this one. Reviewers said it was worth purchasing based on the reviews. When you season it for the first time, the humidity is likely to be way above 70% Since you want the interior of the cedar to be sufficiently saturated, this is normal, since the correct humidity needs to be maintained after the seasonsing process. It is possible to replace the included humidifier stick with your own, but I think it would last for a couple months at the most The travel humidor is designed to last 3 weeks, which IMO is more than fair. It seems overkill to use high-performance gel sticks, for example. This cigar humidor is quite impressive for under $20, and it functions properly, which is more than can be said about many cheaper travel cigar humidors. It would be a good recommendation.
