This is a great piece of clothing! Definitely one of the best cases I have ever seen! I was able to use the cutter but not the lighter. In any case, they refunded my purchase price immediately, but I must say that the case is awesome! Despite my request for a replacement lighter, they insist on refunding all of the purchase price.
