Please reconsider your packaging for these excellent cups! Why does being environmentally conscious come at such a high price? I have no complaints about the quality of the cups because they have held up well

It irritates me that each tube of cups is wrapped in plastic, and then there is more plastic connecting the two tubes of cups. Wtf? What is the purpose of their plastic in my plastic? Purchase with the intention of avoiding it?.

In the sun, it will melt and lose its shape! I appreciate that these cups will not end up in a landfill and that I can feel good about using them; I ordered 300 for a large party, and they've held up beautifully! However, a stack of them melted while sitting outside in the hot sun at our bar! It was extremely amusing

Unfortunately, when I received them, they were all melted on the bottom. I admire how biodegradable they are, but that means nothing if they are never used. I'm not pleased with myself. They don't even stand up! What a waste.

I don't believe the problem was caused by the compostable cup's manufacturer, but rather by something that happened during the shipping process

They must have been exposed to a lot of heat because they arrived completely deformed and unable to be used. These cups are compostable and break down in landfills, but one disadvantage is that they cannot be exposed to extreme heat without becoming soft and changing shape.
