They're standard bulbs.
I believe so, because we used them for our outside sign that rotates and turns on and off.
As of 6- The base has been plain steel since 2021, and it is now prone to rusting in the open air. They aren't made of metal. br>The listing photo has not been updated and still depicts brass. If you need brass, go with Satco, but expect to pay three or four times as much.
I'm not sure because I don't have any fake lights.

I bought a string of lights from Costco about a year ago and needed to replace some of the bulbs. I bought these replacement lights, and they're fantastic. I was concerned that the replacement bulbs would be brighter than the originals, but they appear to be identical. It's impossible to tell the difference between the originals and the substitutes.
Costco light string is a good replacement.
We bought a bunch of outdoor lighting for our deck from Harbor Freight to use all year (northern United States), but they don't have the replacement bulbs. These light bulbs were a budget-friendly replacement for the old ones. For the past couple of years, I've been buying them. I really like the way they're presented. It is simple to keep. br>br>They don't last as long as I'd like, but that's probably due to the inclement weather we've been having on and off. Grinning. br>br>Definitely worth the money, and I'll keep buying it. ❤️.
The base, unlike the picture in the listing, is not made of rust-resistant brass. If you've lived long enough, you're aware that using steel bases in steel sockets in wet locations outdoors can lead to the base and socket becoming rusted together over time, and when you try to remove and replace the bulb, the glass simply separates from the base, turning a one-minute job into a one-hour job, requiring digging the base out with long nose pliers and potentially ruining the light fixture. Inquire as to how I came to this conclusion. With a brass base, this does not happen. If you require a brass base, they are available as of 6- You can still buy 11watt brass base bulbs from SATCO on Amazon in 2021, but they will cost a lot more than steel base bulbs.
It's too soon to make any predictions about how long something will last. This item has previously performed admirably. My only criticism is that I did a "reorder" on Amazon, but these bulbs differ from the previous order. Both are good, but they're not the same. The filament in the bulb's center is a bright Orange that shines brightly in daylight in one order and fades to almost nothing in the other.
out as soon as possible These bulbs are not something I would recommend. I have an outdoor light string that is connected to a dusk-to-dawn timer. Sensor for the dawn. There are ten sockets on the string. As a result, ten bulbs were installed at first. They started to catch fire. Within weeks, the book will be available. Since then, I've replaced the original ten bulbs with the remaining ten bulbs from the 20-pack. I ordered a pack- Only five of them are currently operational. NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO Simply replacing these bulbs turned into a part-time job!.
I've ordered these twice now, once for myself and once as a gift to complement my family's outdoor lighting. br>They are extremely well packaged, and I have never received one that was damaged. They also use minimal packaging and do not waste a lot of money on flashy packaging- I strongly suggest it!.
Many people bought the "new" patio light strings with larger (S14's) bulbs this past spring and summer, which were much larger than ordinary twinkle lights but softer. They were extremely popular, as evidenced by empty shelves at Target and other stores. These bulbs for sale are the same type of bulbs that can be used to replace (or for any other outdoor-related application). or an indoor - For a nice warm look, use light fixtures. They also remind me of the bulbs that used to be used in lighted signs and movie marquees. br> I've had no problems with my lights this summer, and I've really enjoyed them. These bulbs have a standard light bulb base, but because they are only 11 watts, they do not get hot.
