Splash- Clorox isn't disinfectant because it's free. This Clorox, on the other hand, is a germ-killing agent. When it comes to viruses, i.e. COVID, I'm afraid I'm unable to respond to your question. I'm guessing so. However, I am not a virus expert.
It's all right. I'm allergic to detergent, which is used to make "splashless" bleach by changing the viscosity of the liquid.

PRODUCTS THAT ARE NOT REAL. Bottles were refilled with diluted bleach after they had been used. FAKE.
These days, I'm a little wary of bleach packaging. I ordered because pic listed “kills 99% of germs but under “about this item” it reads it has 8I ordered because pic listed “kills 99% of ger 25% concentrate kills MORE organisms than ultra Clorox germicidal bleach The information on ultra germicidal bleach is nearly identical to that on this product, and it doesn't smell as strong as bleach has in the past. I believe I'm paying more for a product that has been cut or diluted. Bleach isn't what it used to be. I wouldn’t buy this product if you want a disinfect that kills 99% of germs as bleach always did.

It's nasty, it stinks, and it can burn your hands if you don't wear gloves, but it works, and nothing else will restore the whiteness of your husband's white socks like this magical liquid.
I didn't have to lug it around the store because I had it delivered to my house. Yes, it sounds ridiculous, but once you reach "ADVANCING AGE," you can no longer do everything you used to be able to do. We needed bleach, and only Clorox would suffice in our house, so we had it delivered.
